શિપિંગ નીતિ

1. Paperbacks

We ship paperback books within India, to the states offered in the delivery form at checkout. If your state is not listed, we are not able to deliver there at the moment.

2. Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is calculated from your delivery state and is shown in your order total before you pay. If we offer free shipping above a certain order value, this is also shown at checkout.

3. When we ship

We prepare your order for dispatch after your payment has been received and verified. Orders paid by UPI are checked by us first, so dispatch starts after that check. We cannot dispatch an order until the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and on the courier or postal service. We will try to dispatch promptly, but we cannot promise a fixed delivery date.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the carrier and tracking details (when available) appear on your order page, which you can open using the private link from your order confirmation or through "મારો ઓર્ડર શોધો" using your order number and email.

6. ડિલિવરી સરનામું

Please check that your name, address, પિન કોડ and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address problem, please અમારો સંપર્ક કરો; we may ask you to pay the shipping again to send it a second time.

7. Damaged or wrong parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, please અમારો સંપર્ક કરો as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for what we will do.

8. eBooks

eBooks are not shipped. After your payment is confirmed, you can download the eBook from your order page, and we also email you a private download link. The link expires after a limited time and allows a limited number of downloads; if it expires you can get a new one from your order page or by contacting us.
