This policy explains what personal information nitinsabhadiya.com ("the website", "we") collects, why we collect it and how it is used. The website belongs to Nitin Sabhadiya, a motivational speaker, thinker and author based in સુરત, ગુજરાત, ભારત.

1. Information we collect

When you send an inquiry or a speaking invitation we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation, audience, location, preferred date, topic and message.
When you buy a book we collect your name, email address, phone number and, for paperbacks, your delivery address (address, city, state and પિન કોડ). We also keep the order details (what you bought, the amount, the order number and its status) and, if you pay by UPI, the UPI transaction ID you enter so that we can check your payment.
We do not collect or store your card, bank or UPI PIN details. If online payment through Razorpay is enabled, the payment is made on Razorpay's secure page and is handled by them.

2. How we use your information

To reply to your inquiries; to process, confirm, deliver and support your orders; to check payments; to send your order confirmation and your eBook download link; to send us an internal notice of a new order or inquiry; to keep accounting and business records; and to keep the website secure and prevent misuse. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the website and deliver your order: our email service (to send confirmations and download links), WhatsApp Business Platform (used only to send an alert about a new order to the owner of this website), our payment provider (Razorpay, if you pay online), our web hosting provider, and a courier or postal service (your name, phone number and delivery address) when a paperback is shipped. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies: a session cookie, a security (CSRF) cookie and a cookie that remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Inquiry messages are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your request and for reasonable record keeping.

6. Security

Orders are protected by private links, eBook download links are private and expire, and the administration area is password protected. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your choices

8. Children

The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
